Thanks for help in Boys & Girls Club fence project

Please allow me the opportunity to acknowledge the cadre of members, volunteers, and friends that assisted with the Boys & Girls Club of Oak Orchard-Riverdale Fence Project.

As you are aware, this fence project has been planned and on-going for a few weeks.  The overall project entailed disassembling and removing the fencing from the donated facilities, transporting to the storage facility with reconstruction and installation of the fence at the Oak Orchard site. This projected was started with the assistance of the volunteer fire company and finished our assistance.

This initiative has greatly enhanced the pre-school children’s recreational abilities and many of the fence building patrons can attest that the second day of installation was heart-warming when the children could actually utilize and enjoy the area.

Needless to say, the Boys & Girls Club is exuberant with this latest addition to their pre-school facility.

The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company is a corporate sponsor of the local Boys & Girls Club and truly believes that such partnering can make a difference.

Thank you again!

On a side note, the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company remains committed to the fundraising initiative to bring a playground in recognition of Nana’s Kids to this site in Oak Orchard.
