Southern Delaware School of the Arts hosting ‘Tea and Tour’

SELBYVILLE – Southern Delaware School of the Arts will host a special “Tea and Tour” event Tuesday, Jan. 9 to showcase the Selbyville school and its programs to parents of prospective students for 2018-19.

The event will run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The SDSA school principal will open with a brief presentation about the school and explain the school choice application process for 2018-2019.

SDSA students will then lead group tours of the school. Following the tours, tea and snacks will be served, and teachers and administrators will be available to answer questions from parents.

Several of the SDSA elite groups will perform at the event and student work will be on display throughout the school.

The school choice application deadline is Jan. 10, 2018. All IRSD school choice applications must be submitted through the Data Service Center’s web-based Delaware Public and Charter School Choice Application for 2018-2019. The application can be accessed at schoolchoicede.org.
