Indian River district to implement new cafeteria pay system

DAGSBORO – Beginning June 1, the Indian River School District will begin the implementation of the new Meals Plus point of sale IRSD imagesystem in all school cafeterias.

During this transition, the PayPAMS system which allows parents to prepay for their child’s meals online will be deactivated effective May 27.

For the 11 remaining school days after May 27, parents should send cash or checks to school to pay for meals.

Once Meals Plus is fully implemented, a new online pre-payment system will be made available to parents for the 2015-2016 school year.

Details of the new system will be forwarded to parents prior to the start of school in September.
