Two women sought in thefts from motor vehicles

WESTERN SUSSEX COUNTY – Delaware State Police are seeking public assistance in locating two women wanted in connection with multiple thefts in northwestern Sussex County.

The suspects are 22-year-old Katelyn Foskey of Greenwood and 24-year-old Miranda Abbott of Georgetown, state police spokeswoman Master Cpl. Melissa Jaffe said.

Both suspects are wanted in connection with multiple thefts from motor vehicles in the Bridgeville/Greenwood areas.

Through investigation, state police detectives linked Foskey and Abbott to these thefts and have obtained warrants for their arrest.

The two suspects who are believed to be in the northern Sussex County area, operating a 2008 Silver Chevrolet Cobalt with DE registration 110411.

Anyone with information about these thefts or the whereabouts of Foskey and Abbott is asked to contact Troop 5 at 337-8253.
