Troopers seek public’s help in locating wanted subject

LONG NECK – Delaware State Police are calling on the public’s assistance in locating a 26-year-old Millsboro man wanted for various felonious crimes committed in the Long Neck Area.

State police spokesman Cpl. Gary Fournier said Nathan E. Lewandowski allegedly stole a golf cart from a person golfing at Baywood Greens and then removed vehicle keys from the cart’s storage compartment and also stole the victim’s truck.

This incident occurred at about 11:15 a.m. on June 27.

The truck was located in Camden, N.J. Troopers believe Mr. Lewandowski, whose last known address was Millsboro, may still be in that part of New Jersey.

Mr. Lewandowski is also wanted for possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, burglary second degree, four counts of theft and offensive touching, from three other incidents in and around the Long Neck area that occurred in June, Cpl. Fournier said.

Anyone with any information on Mr. Lewandowski’s whereabouts is asked to contact Det. R. Mills at 752-3800.
