Suspect in Swann Keys burglaries taken into custody in Maryland

SELBYVILLE – Delaware State Police reported Saturday the Selbyville man sought in connection with burglaries in the Swann Keys development was taken into custody by Maryland authorities on theft related charges.

State police identified William Wagner, 25, as the suspect in  several burglaries in the Swann Keys development from Nov. 6, 2017 to Jan. 6, 2018, state police spokesman Master Cpl. Melissa Jaffe said.

Detectives linked Wagner to these burglaries and obtained warrants for his arrest.

Warrants will be executed upon Wagner’s extradition back to Delaware, according to state police spokesman Master Cpl. Michael Austin.
