Suspect sought in Seaford M&T Bank robbery

SEAFORD – Seaford city police are seeking the suspect wanted in the robbery of the M&T Bank on Stein Highway Tuesday morning.

Seaford police are seeking this man in connection with the robbery of the M&T Bank on Stein Highway Tuesday morning.

The robbery occurred at about 9 a.m. when a white male entered the bank, demanded money from a teller and fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to Seaford Police Department spokesman Lt. Richard Jamison.

The suspect did not display any weapon during the robbery, Lt. Jamison said.

The scene was processed by the Seaford Police Criminal Investigations Division amid an ongoing investigation. Delaware State Police assisted in a search of the area.

Police provided the following suspect description: white male, 25-30 years of age, approximately 6-0 to 6-4 tall, thin build, short reddish/blonde hair, wearing sunglasses, a black, green and white plaid long-sleeve shirt and a blue and orange baseball cap with a ā€œDā€ logo.
