Seaford teen arrested in residential burglary

SEAFORD – The Delaware State Police arrested a 14-year-old Seaford juvenile in connection with a residential burglary Saturday on Rosalyn Drive.

William Millman was identified as the suspect and was taken into custody at his residence. He was taken to Troop 5 where and charged with: Burglary Second Degree; Theft Under $1500; and Criminal Mischief, state police spokeswoman Master Cpl. Melissa Jaffe said.

On Aug. 18 troopers were dispatched to a residence on the 24000 block of Rosalyn Drive for a report of a burglary.  The homeowner, a 47-year-old female, informed troopers a front window to her residence had been broken out and a PlayStation 4 had been taken, Cpl. Jaffe said.

The PlayStation 4 was recovered and returned to the victim.

Millman was released to the custody of a guardian.
