Seaford police seeking Hardees robbery suspect

SEAFORD – A white male suspect is being sought by Seaford city police in their investigation of the robbery at the Hardees restaurant on Stein Highway Tuesday night.

This suspect is sought by Seaford police in the robbery at Hardees on Stein Highway Tuesday night.

According to Seaford Police Department spokesman Lt. Richard Jamison investigation revealed the suspect approached a clerk at the front counter with a note stating he was armed and demanded money.

The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, Lt. Jamison said.

The robbery occurred at about 8:30 p.m.

Suspect description is a white male, 25 to 35 years of age, 5-4 to 5-9 tall, weighing 145 to 185 pounds.

The suspect was wearing a red and black hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans at the time of the robbery.
