Millsboro man sought in robbery/domestic incident

MILLSBORO – Delaware State Police are seeking a Millsboro man in connection with their investigation of a robbery stemming from a domestic-related incident in the Oak Forest development early Sunday morning.

State police allege David A. Ciabattoni, 34, unlawfully entered the residence, in violation of a no contact order, and assaulted the 38-year-old woman before fleeing with her purse and vehicle, according state police spokesman Master Cpl. Michael Austin.

The vehicle has since been recovered, state police say.

Troopers responded at 3:10 a.m., May 20.

Warrants are currently on file charging Ciabattoni with robbery first degree, terroristic threatening, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and breach of release.
