According to state police, the first of two incidents occurred around Sept. 19, 2015 when Mr. Geiselman failed to return his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle and pawned some of her jewelry, Cpl. Fournier said.  The vehicle was later located by troopers at Massey’s Landing in Long Neck with considerable front end damage.

In the second incident that occurred sometime around Oct. 10, 2015, Mr. Geiselman damaged a fence to Harry Caswell’s Boat and RV Storage located on Long Neck Road.  Upon entering the yard, he then broke into an RV that was being stored there and removed electronics before fleeing, state police allege.

Mr. Geiselman may be operating a grey 1994 gold Chrysler Concord with Delaware registration 905870.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of Richard D. Geiselman is asked to contact the Troop 4 Property Crimes Unit at 302-752-3803.  Information may also be provided by calling Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, via the internet at, or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword “DSP.”
