Gold Alert issued for Long Neck man cancelled

LONG NECK – Delaware State Police Thursday morning cancelled a Gold Alert issued Wednesday evening for  77-year-old Robert “Bruce” Smith after the Long Neck man was “located and in good condition,” according to state police spokesman Cpl. Gary Fournier.

State police had issued the Gold Alert Wednesday for Mr. Smith, who was last seen around 12:15 p.m., Dec. 30, 2015 at his residence located in the 34000 block of Jib Street, Pot Nets East.
