MILLSBORO – A two-car crash Sunday afternoon claimed the life of a 66-year-old Eden, MD. Man.

Delaware State Police report the crash involving a Nissan Murano and a BMW convertible occurred at about 1:16 p.m. at the intersection of Millsboro Highway (SR 24) and Nine Foot Road (SR 26).

Investigation determined a 48-year-old Laurel woman southbound on Millsboro Highway pulled into the path of the BMW while attempting to turn onto Nine Foot Road and the vehicles collided.

The operator of the Nissan and her three passengers were all properly restrained. They were transported to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital and treated for minor injuries and released.
