Georgetown: Suspects charged in China Wok burglary

GEORGETOWN – Town of Georgetown police March 12 arrested 19-year-old Alonzo D. Sutton-Bullock of Dover and 18-year-old Rontrell Leonard of Seaford for a burglary that occurred on March 9 at the Georgetown China Wok.

The Georgetown Police Department was contacted by officers with the Camden Police Department in reference to having both suspects in custody for a burglary investigation in their jurisdiction, according to Georgetown Police Department spokesman Lt. Lawrence Grose.

Georgetown police compared photos of Mr. Bullock and Mr. Leonard with still video surveillance photos from the China Wok.

Officers positively identified Mr. Bullock and Mr. Leonard as the suspects that committed the burglary on March 9.

Camden police said that during an interview Mr. Bullock admitted to several burglaries within several jurisdictions in Delaware, including the China Wok burglary in Georgetown, Lt. Grose said.

Both suspects were charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, conspiracy, and theft. They were committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of a $12,000 bond on each with a future court date.
