Community clean-up Saturday at Legion Post 28

MILLSBORO – State Rep. Briggs King, R-Georgetown, is sponsoring a community clean-up day this Saturday at American Legion Post 28 in efforts to support Millsboro area residents in their beautification efforts.

This is an opportunity for residents to clean up unwanted trash in their community.

Participants are encouraged to clean out their garage, yard, street or neighborhood and bring all the unwanted material at no charge, to Legion Post 28 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 14th.

“This is a great opportunity to get together with some friends and clean up your community,” said Rep. Briggs King.

All the trash brought will be safely disposed of in the landfill. Residents are reminded to not bring any recycling materials.
