Incumbent challenged for Seaford city council seat

SEAFORD – There is a contested race for a seat on Seaford city council.

Frank Daniel Cannon Jr. is challenging three-term incumbent Leanne Phillips-Lowe in the April 16 municipal election.

The council term is for three years,

One council term is up for election this year.

Voting on April 16 is from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Seaford City Hall on High Street.

To vote, residents must be registered at city hall. You need to have registered only once.  If there is any doubt, contact city hall at 629-9173 for verification.
