Possum Point Players presenting To Kill a Mockingbird

GEORGETOWN – The stage at Possum Hall will be the venue for Possum Point Players’ production of a modern American literature classic – To Kill a Mockingbird.

Performance dates are June 5, 6, 12 and 13 at 7:30 p.m., with 2 p.m. matinee performances Sunday, June 7 and 14.

Tickets are $18 for adults; $17 for seniors and students.

Possum Point Players’ production is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Harper Lee in 1960.

These productions are under the direction of John H. Hulse.

The strong themes and the language of the era make To Kill a Mockingbird appropriate for mature audiences. Parents are advised to review the story as written and use precaution in allowing children younger than teenagers to attend.
