Old Timers Day this Saturday in Selbyville

SELBYVILLE – Tradition takes center-stage Saturday in Selbyville at the 59th Annual Old Timers Day.

The town of Selbyville and the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce are teaming up in presenting the June 18 event, which runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Old Timers Day will feature the car show as cars, tractors and emergency vehicle entries will line Church Street. Awards include Best of Show.

Fire truck rides are among the activities at Selbyville’s Old Timers Day.

The Glass Onion Band, sponsored by Mountaire, will perform from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There will be door prizes and various vendors selling their goods.

Children can partake in fire truck rides, pony rides, moon bounce, arts and crafts and more.

A yard sale is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Selbyville Public Library.

The Mid-Coast Gymnastics & Dance Studio performance is scheduled from 2:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.
