Local festival to showcase Delaware’s culture, art and music

GEORGETOWN – 16 Mile Brewery is the staging venue for the Oct. 24 LoDel Music & Arts Festival, presented by the SOMETHING Art Coalition.

The festival, which will run from noon to 11 p.m. will bring together artists, musicians, and local communities in celebration of the thriving talent in Delaware and along the east coast.

There will be nonstop live music, a market of artists and artisans, games, an indoor art gallery, local craft beer and much more.

Some festival proceeds will benefit the local and international humanitarian efforts of the Shauna Rose Kaufman Foundation. That includes support of arts programs in the state of Delaware and relief efforts for the survivors of this year’s earthquakes in Nepal.

The 16 Mile Brewery is located at 413 South Bedford Street, Georgetown.
