Indian River’s Adult Education course offerings for fall

SELBYVILLE – The Indian River School District’s Adult Education course offerings for Fall 2015 can now be viewed online at www.irsd.net.

Fall 2015 courses are as follows:

YOUTH

Babysitting Course – Delaware Safety Council (Ages 11-16): Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 14-15, 5:00-7:00 p.m., $50, Selbyville Middle School library. Advanced registration required.

Driver’s Education: Monday through Thursday from Oct. 12-15 and Oct. 19-22, 4-7 p.m., $525, Sussex Central High School Room A164. A driving-only option is available for $325 for students who have passed the classroom portion of the course. Advanced registration required. Boys’ Lacrosse (Grades 5-8): Mondays from Sept. 28 through Oct. 26, 6-7:30 p.m., $20, Indian River High School. Advanced registration required.

Girls’ Field Hockey Clinic (Grades 2-5): Saturdays from Sept. 19 through Oct. 17, 9-10:30 a.m., $35, Selbyville Middle School. Players must bring shin guards, a mouth guard, goggles and a hockey stick. Advanced registration required.

Recreational Flag Football (Ages 5-7): Tuesdays and Thursdays from Aug. 18 through Oct. 15, 6-8 p.m., $50, Georgetown Middle School. Advanced registration required. Participants can register on either Aug. 18 or Aug. 20 at 6 p.m.

Wrestling, Pee-Wee Beginners: Tuesdays from Nov. 10 through Feb. 9, 6-7 p.m., $45, Sussex Central High School. Advanced registration required.
